WHAT WE DO
Maxwell Enterprise is a fully insured Decorative Concrete flooring company. We specialize in several types of floor coatings (Flake, Metallic epoxy, Quartz, Solid Color Epoxy), also Polished Concrete, Exterior Overlay/Stain, and we do Floor Demo/Concrete Prep.

PROCESS
- Grind/shot blast concrete, Large commercial HEPA vacs attached to all equipment to eliminate airborne dust particles
- Fill cracks in concrete for seamless floor
- Install primer coat and full broadcast quartz into
- Vac up excess quartz, install 100% solid epoxy and broadcast quartz again
- Vac up excess quartz, top coat with either a 100% solid epoxy system or an UV stable polyaspartic system

Removal of existing flooring and haul off of material

CONCRETE GRINDING PREP
We have multiple large walk behind grinders for any job size. All grinders are attached to large commercial HEPA Vacs to eliminate airborne dust particles. Use of a grinders to remove the following.

- Laminate
- Coatings (epoxy, terrazzo)
CONCRETE PREP FOR COATINGS
Shot Blasting - Concrete
- All shot blasters are attached to large commercial HEPA Vacs to eliminate airborne dust particles
- The concrete is shot blasted to a profile that is best for any coatings, to ensure a long term bond
FULL BROADCAST FLAKE FLOORING
A durable chemical resistant flooring, adjustable levels of texture. Installed with either 100% solid epoxy system or a polyaspartic system

- Install colored 100% solid epoxy top coat
- Apply high solid, long lasting colored Urethane Sealer.
